Apparel Technical Designer

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Apparel Technical Designer - Women's Athleisure & Outerwear will bridge the gap between creative design and production execution, focusing on fit accuracy, garment quality, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a deep understanding of athleisure fit, fabric, and garment construction to align technical execution with brand standards
• Create and manage detailed tech packs, ensuring they are accurate and production-ready throughout all development stages
• Analyze fit issues, recommend pattern corrections, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely execution of fit sessions and production samples

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, Technical Design, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of Technical Design experience in apparel, particularly in activewear, fleece, knits, lounge, and sleepwear categories
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and pattern corrections
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, with experience in PLM systems and CLO 3D or AI pattern software preferred
• Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is preferred
