Appeals Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Appeals Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize federal and state guidelines to investigate provider appeals and grievances
• Communicate and collaborate with leadership on analysis and written documents
• Provide timely written documentation on cases and answer member/provider questions telephonically

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or higher
• 1-3 years of experience in claims, customer service, medical office, health insurance or coding
• High School Diploma with equivalent experience
