Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Review, copy, and prepare documentation for incoming appeals
- Sort, prep, key, and scan appeals and pertinent information in DocuVantage
- Create coversheets for responses and assist with other assigned tasks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Education or equivalent required
- 1 - 2 years of administrative experience required
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience in healthcare, claims, or insurance industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel
