Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appeals Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, copy, and prepare documentation for incoming appeals
  • Sort, prep, key, and scan appeals and pertinent information in DocuVantage
  • Create coversheets for responses and assist with other assigned tasks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Education or equivalent required
  • 1 - 2 years of administrative experience required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience in healthcare, claims, or insurance industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel
