Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standardized appeal letter templates for business groups
- Review and revise appeal letters based on regulatory and operational requirements
- Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure letters meet guidelines
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience handling appeals
- Experience in developing or editing appeal letter templates
- Project/Program Management experience is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
