Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain standardized appeal letter templates for business groups
  • Review and revise appeal letters based on regulatory and operational requirements
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure letters meet guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience handling appeals
  • Experience in developing or editing appeal letter templates
  • Project/Program Management experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
