Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Gather necessary documentation for insurance appeals
- Write, prepare, and submit appeals to insurance companies
- Maintain detailed documentation and perform follow-up on submitted appeals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in social work, RN, or related behavioral health field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managed care/healthcare setting
- Previous utilization review experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required
