Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appeals & Grievance Liaison Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign cases through the appeals management tool and manage case transfers
  • Research and respond to provider and member inquiries, ensuring departmental goals are met
  • Support external audit preparation and collaborate with third-party vendors for document requests
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of state and/or federal regulatory policies and health plan products
  • Proficient in multiple PC-based software applications and systems
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities
  • All relevant experience, including education and military experience, will be considered
