Job Summary
A company is looking for an Appeals & Grievance Liaison Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign cases through the appeals management tool and manage case transfers
- Research and respond to provider and member inquiries, ensuring departmental goals are met
- Support external audit preparation and collaborate with third-party vendors for document requests
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of state and/or federal regulatory policies and health plan products
- Proficient in multiple PC-based software applications and systems
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities
- All relevant experience, including education and military experience, will be considered
