Appeals Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central Standard Time zones, the full-time Appeals Representative will process and send formal appeal responses to providers and clients, assist with mail tracking, and manage provider packets as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Processing and sending formal appeal responses to Providers/Clients
• Assisting with entering outbound mail tracking numbers
• Processing and sending Provider Packets when needed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of data entry experience in a related environment
• 1+ years of experience working in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy
