Appeals Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones, the full-time Appeals Representative will manage the processing and sending of formal appeal responses to providers and clients, assist with outbound mail tracking, and handle provider packets as needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing and sending formal appeal responses to providers and clients
• Assisting with entering outbound mail tracking numbers
• Processing and sending provider packets when needed

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of data entry experience in a related environment
• 1+ years of experience working in a remote environment
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy
