Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and examine denial accounts to resolve issues
• Work closely with third-party payers to resolve unpaid claims
• Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in health insurance or related fields
• Extensive knowledge of health claims billing and third-party contracts
• Ability to conduct research analysis and troubleshoot issues
• Familiarity with coding systems such as ICD-9 and CPT coding
• Knowledge of state and federal laws related to reimbursement
