Job Summary
A company is looking for an Appeals Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the appeal process from initiation to resolution
- Review, investigate, and negotiate appeals through calls, emails, and documentation
- Communicate appeal information to relevant parties within required timeframes
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in Call Center Customer Service
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during specified hours
