Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appeals Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the appeal process from initiation to resolution
  • Review, investigate, and negotiate appeals through calls, emails, and documentation
  • Communicate appeal information to relevant parties within required timeframes


Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of experience in Call Center Customer Service
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during specified hours
