Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provides customer service and responds to inquiries received by phone, fax, mail, or email
- Interprets requests and determines appropriate responses to resolve issues
- Conducts research using federal regulations and contract policies to support decisions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years of general office experience
- One (1) year of Veterans Affairs (VA) experience or professional business writing experience in relevant industries
- United States Citizen with residency in the continental U.S. for three (3) of the last five (5) years
- Ability to successfully complete a Federal Background Investigation with the VA
