  • Utilize technology to manage appeal and grievance data entry and coordinate file management activities
  • Assist supervisors and team members with projects and provide feedback for workflow improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years of experience in managed care, health care, or insurance payor environments
  • Preferred: College degree
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience with member/provider services or claims is a plus
