- Analyze and prioritize appeals and grievance correspondence, determining next steps for processing
- Utilize technology to manage appeal and grievance data entry and coordinate file management activities
- Assist supervisors and team members with projects and provide feedback for workflow improvements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in managed care, health care, or insurance payor environments
- Preferred: College degree
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with member/provider services or claims is a plus
