Appian Application Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, an Appian Application Developer will design and implement features using the Appian low-code platform, collaborate with an Agile team, and mentor junior developers while ensuring customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Envision, design, and implement new features based on the prioritized product backlog
• Participate in Agile-related meetings and provide estimates for upcoming sprints' work
• Conduct unit testing of developed features and peer reviews of other developers' code

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or other IT-related degree
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
• At least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions using Appian
• Strong Appian development and debugging skills
• Experience with recent Appian versions (22.x or later) and understanding of data concepts (SQL, Databases)
