Appian Application Developer

Job Summary

Delivering innovative solutions remotely, the full-time Appian Application Developer will design and implement new features on the Appian low-code platform while collaborating with an Agile team to enhance customer applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Envision, design, and implement new features based on the prioritized product backlog using the Appian platform
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including User Story grooming and Sprint Planning, while providing estimates for upcoming sprints
• Conduct unit testing and peer code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet end-user needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or other IT-related degree
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
• At least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions using Appian
• Strong development and debugging skills in Appian, with experience in recent versions (22.x or later)
• Good understanding of data concepts (SQL, Databases) and business workflows
