Appian Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Appian Architect will manage the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, and support of Appian solutions, while ensuring adherence to best practices and leveraging the latest platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project design and development activities to ensure scalability and performance
• Lead complex design discussions and guide Agile development teams to ensure effective project delivery
• Participate in technical planning and requirements gathering, including estimation and project management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with the Appian technology platform
• At least Appian Lead Level Certified or equivalent, ideally pursuing Architect level certification
• Experience in technical planning and requirements gathering phases
• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a comparable major
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in software development and automation
