Appian Architect

Job Summary

To support the development of enterprise-grade Appian applications, the full-time remote Appian Architect will lead architectural design, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with specialized infrastructure teams to ensure optimal performance and security of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical blueprints and architectural roadmaps for Appian solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and standards
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Appian projects, overseeing development teams and conducting code reviews
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage integrations, firewall rules, and identity management configurations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Appian, with at least 5+ years in a lead architect or solution architect role
• Deep knowledge of the Appian platform, including Process Models, SAIL, and integrations
• Appian Certified Lead Consultant or similar high-level Appian certification is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and relational databases
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
