Appian Certified Lead Developer
Job Summary
To support the Missile Defense Agency, the full-time Appian Certified Lead Developer will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise business applications on the Appian Low-Code Platform, providing technical leadership and mentoring while working remotely with occasional travel for client meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Support the full software development lifecycle for Appian applications, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Serve as a technical authority on Appian platform capabilities and best practices, leading Agile ceremonies and technical planning sessions
- Mentor junior developers and establish development standards to ensure quality and performance across projects
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing solutions on the Appian platform
- Active Appian Certified Lead Developer Certification
- Experience leading technical teams and overseeing enterprise application development projects
- Proficiency in integrating Appian with external systems using REST, SOAP, and APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
