Appian Certified Lead Developer
Job Summary
Leading the design and development of enterprise business applications, the full-time remote Appian Certified Lead Developer will oversee architecture, provide technical guidance, and mentor development teams while ensuring high-quality implementation across the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Appian applications and workflow solutions
- Serve as the technical authority for Appian platform capabilities and best practices while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor junior developers and lead Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to development standards and practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing solutions on the Appian platform
- Active Appian Certified Lead Developer Certification
- Experience leading technical teams and overseeing enterprise application development projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance (Secret, TS, TS/SCI)
