Appian Configuration Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appian Configuration Developer to support the Readiness & Employment System in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to gather and translate business requirements into technical designs and implementations
• Produce configurations, rulesets, and workflows for Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development while supporting requirement gathering sessions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflows and architecture diagrams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience or equivalent experience
• Five years of experience in a software development environment, including three years specializing in configuration management and Appian BPM
• Experience in application development, business process management, or enterprise application integration with Appian or other BPM tools
• Hands-on experience with Appian, including developing Appian plugins and configuring systems integration
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
