Appian Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Appian Developer will analyze business requirements, design and develop business logic and process flows, and collaborate closely with team members to ensure effective software solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop business logic, process models, and UI screens for BPM-based systems
• Work with Business Analysts to prototype solutions and validate user story acceptance criteria
• Manage daily tasks using the Atlassian suite and coordinate with DevOps for timely software releases

Required qualifications:

• Experience in BPM tools such as Appian, JBoss BPMS, or Pega
• Proficiency in software development, particularly in Java or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tracking software like JIRA
• Strong technical development background and analytical skills
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background investigation
