Appian Developer Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Appian Developer Consultant will implement complex technical solutions, guide clients on design and configuration, and mentor team members while working primarily onsite in McLean, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Implement complex technical solutions with Appian and related technologies
• Guide clients on design, configuration management, and program initiatives to ensure technical success
• Mentor and enable team members while driving process improvements for clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions
• 2+ years of related IT experience
• Active Appian Senior or Lead certifications preferred
• Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodology
