A company is looking for an Appian Development Lead to oversee and guide development efforts across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert leadership on enterprise application architecture and technical mentorship
• Oversee problem analysis and technical solution implementation, ensuring timely delivery of project tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical design and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years in defining and documenting architecture for technology implementations
• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Application integration and software development for large-scale applications
• 3+ years of recent hands-on experience with Appian and developing Appian Plugins
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
