Appian Practice Leader

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote Appian Practice Leader will engage with business stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and provide technical leadership while guiding a team through design and implementation challenges on a long-term contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
• Architect overall solutions and provide technical leadership to the team
• Perform high-level QA testing and interact with product teams to ensure successful implementation

Required qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience with Appian
• Proven ability to lead engagements independently
• Experience building and leading a team of Appian resources
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience in technical architecture and solution design
