Appian Principal Developer Consultant

Job Summary

Providing expert guidance on Appian solutions, the full-time Appian Principal Developer Consultant will lead implementation teams, mentor delivery staff, and support clients with complex technical challenges in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and related technologies
• Guide clients on Agile methodologies, QA, and governance for multi-app platform implementations
• Create and document implementation best practices while providing thought leadership on process improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions and related IT experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Active Lead Certification in Appian
• Expert experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodology
• Strong technical design and implementation skills
