Appian Principal Developer Consultant

Job Summary

Providing expert guidance on solution delivery, the full-time Appian Principal Developer Consultant will lead implementation teams and mentor delivery teams while working remotely or onsite as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and related technologies
• Guide clients on Agile methodologies, QA, and governance for multi-app platform implementations
• Create and document implementation best practices and provide thought leadership on process improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions and related IT experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Active Lead Certification and expert experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodology
• Strong technical design and implementation skills
• US Citizenship required and willingness to travel (0-15%) to Washington, DC for client meetings as needed
