Appian Principal Developer Consultant

Job Summary

To support complex federal agency projects, the full-time Appian Principal Developer Consultant will lead implementation teams, provide expert guidance on Appian solutions, and mentor delivery teams while working remotely or onsite in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and related technologies
• Guide clients on Agile methodologies, governance, and architecture design for multi-app platform implementations
• Create and document implementation best practices and support internal processes for efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions and related IT experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Active Lead Certification and expert experience with Agile methodology
• Strong technical design and implementation skills
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret level clearance
