Appian QA Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appian QA Lead to define and lead the testing strategy for complex, AI-enabled solutions supporting Army operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive testing strategy covering functional, performance, and security requirements
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure quality and functionality of AI-driven solutions and integrated systems
• Mentor and guide team members on testing best practices and lead defect management efforts

Required Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing testing strategies for complex systems
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies
• Strong understanding of data integration testing, particularly with platforms like Appian and Kafka
• Experience in mentoring and leading testing teams
• Familiarity with Agile development processes
