Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive testing strategy covering functional, performance, and security requirements
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure quality and functionality of solutions
• Lead defect management and engage with stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in developing testing strategies for complex systems
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques
• Knowledge of data integration testing and automated test script implementation
• Experience in mentoring and leading a testing team
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
