Appian Senior Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of mission-critical applications, the full-time Senior Appian Developer will manage end-to-end application development on the Appian platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to refine user stories and define technical acceptance criteria
• Lead the design and development of complex Appian features, including SAIL interfaces and integrations
• Drive best practices in design, development, and solution delivery while mentoring junior developers

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of application development experience, with at least 5 years in Appian
• Appian Senior Developer Certification
• Proficiency in SAIL, process modeling, and Appian data types
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and REST/SOAP web services
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
