Appian Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

To support secure low-code solution delivery in a DoW customer environment, the full-time Appian Subject Matter Expert will guide application architecture, translate mission needs into technical designs, and ensure solutions are secure, testable, and maintainable while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Appian application architecture across various components including data models and integrations
• Translate functional and nonfunctional requirements into technical designs and delivery standards
• Lead architecture and code reviews to identify risks related to data, security, and performance

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with prior experience supporting the U.S. Federal Government
• 12+ years of professional IT experience with extensive hands-on Appian solution delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Deep hands-on experience in Appian application architecture and development
• Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification, or ability to obtain within the first 30 days
