Appian Technical Architect

Job Summary

As the Appian Technical Architect in a remote capacity, this full-time position will define enterprise application architecture, technical strategy, and solution design while providing hands-on development for complex Appian implementations and leading architectural governance across multiple business domains.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise technical architect for Appian solutions and design end-to-end solution architecture for complex implementations
• Lead architecture reviews, establish development standards, and develop reusable frameworks and integration patterns
• Partner with various teams to ensure compliant solution delivery and provide technical leadership during major platform initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Software Application Development and Maintenance, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
• Extensive experience architecting and delivering large-scale enterprise Appian implementations
• Deep expertise across the Appian platform, including integrations and security models
• Strong experience designing enterprise integration architectures using REST, SOAP, and cloud platforms
• Proven experience leading architecture reviews and technical governance
