Appian Test Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appian Test Engineering Lead to support the development of web-based applications with a focus on automation testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the quality assurance program and overall test strategy
• Plan, execute, and report on software testing and review test documentation
• Provide leadership in hiring, training, and mentoring testing team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related discipline
• 5+ years of software testing experience and 2+ years of automation testing experience
• Experience leading a team and mentoring junior members
• Proficiency with test automation and management tools, such as Subject7
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required federal government security clearance
