Appian Test Engineering Lead
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Appian Test Engineering Lead, this full-time remote position will manage the design and implementation of the quality assurance program while leading automation testing efforts for web-based applications.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of test strategy, test environment design, and test data management
- Plan, execute, and report on software development and maintenance testing, ensuring adherence to quality processes
- Provide leadership in hiring, training, and mentoring testing team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related discipline
- 5+ years of software testing experience, including 2+ years in automation testing
- Experience leading a team and mentoring junior members
- Proficiency with test automation and management tools, such as Playwright and Selenium
- U.S. citizenship required in accordance with contract requirements
