Apple MacOS Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

To support a growing IT infrastructure, the contracted Apple/MacOS Subject Matter Expert will manage macOS endpoint baselines, oversee Apple Business Manager/JAMF enrollment, and ensure compliance with security protocols while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own macOS endpoint baseline management and configuration
• Oversee FileVault recovery key escrow and macOS imaging/provisioning processes
• Ensure compliance through patching, rollback, and maintenance of macOS-specific runbooks

Required qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance
• Experience with JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager
• Proficiency in macOS endpoint management and security baselines
• Knowledge of EDR/logging agent deployment and compliance reporting
• Experience with secure wipe and decommission procedures
