Apple/macOS Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

To support the J7 endpoint-engineering team, the full-time Apple/macOS Subject Matter Expert will manage macOS imaging, JAMF management, and Apple device lifecycle support, with remote work authorized under the contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, validate, and automate macOS workstation images
• Manage macOS endpoints using JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager
• Integrate macOS images with VDI, EDR, authentication, logging, and security tools

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT, endpoint, or cybersecurity experience
• 6+ years of engineering experience; help desk experience alone does not qualify
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining macOS workstation images
• Experience with JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager, FileVault, and macOS endpoint management
• Experience working under formal change control, audit, and governance processes
