Application Administrator

Job Summary

To support a dynamic IT team, the full-time remote Application Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of critical business applications while managing cloud computing components and troubleshooting server-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative technical solutions to achieve functional objectives and enhance application performance
• Manage cloud computing components, including DraaS, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS, while documenting configurations and monitoring reports
• Administer SharePoint services, including patch management and third-party tool maintenance, ensuring security and stability of the SharePoint farm

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in application administration, infrastructure management, and cloud computing
• Strong understanding of DraaS, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS
• Proficiency in troubleshooting COTS server software and network components
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, or an Associate degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Expertise in Microsoft PowerShell for task automation and system monitoring
