Application Administrator

Job Summary

To support application management, the full-time remote Application Administrator will build, maintain, monitor, and audit on-premise application installations while ensuring security standards and troubleshooting issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for non-production and production environments, including troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues
• Participate in regular team retrospective events, identifying improvement opportunities and updating application administration documentation
• Work with technical resources to understand and translate application, database, server, or security requirements into technical specifications for implementation

Required qualifications

• High School diploma and 1 year of related experience required; Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred
• Experience in higher education or healthcare field preferred
• Familiarity with interface, networking, design, and relational database technologies preferred
• Experience supporting Cloud and on-premises applications preferred
• Knowledge of project management from planning through implementation preferred
