Application Administrator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Application Administrator will assist customers in optimizing their Atlassian software by configuring and customizing applications like Jira and Confluence, while also automating processes to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining proficiency in Atlassian tools and contributing to team knowledge sharing
• Monitoring and responding to customer requests on the Adaptavist service desk
• Creating projects and configuring permissions and workflows based on customer needs

Required qualifications

• Experience administering the Atlassian toolset, particularly Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated experience in consulting and user support
• Experience customizing Atlassian software using workflows and add-ons
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
• Ability to think innovatively and creatively
