Application Administrator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Application Administrator will assist customers in optimizing their Atlassian software, including configuring and customizing applications like Jira and Confluence, while responding to requests and automating processes to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high proficiency in Atlassian and Adaptavist toolsets while contributing to team knowledge sharing
• Monitor and respond to customer requests on the Adaptavist service desk, providing configuration solutions
• Automate processes and create projects, configure permissions, and workflows based on customer needs

Required qualifications

• Experience administering the Atlassian toolset, particularly Jira and Confluence
• Proven experience in consulting and user support
• Ability to customize Atlassian software using workflows and add-ons such as ScriptRunner
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
• Experience with technical documentation and knowledge sharing
