Application Administrator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Application Administrator will assist customers in optimizing their Atlassian software, including configuring and customizing applications like Jira and Confluence while responding to support requests and automating processes for efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proficiency in Atlassian toolsets and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Monitor and respond to customer requests, configuring software to meet their needs
• Communicate with customers to deliver effective configuration solutions and best practice recommendations

Required qualifications

• Experience administering the Atlassian toolset, particularly Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated experience in consulting and user support
• Ability to customize Atlassian software using workflows and add-ons
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
• Experience in creating technical documentation and sharing knowledge
