Application Administrator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Application Administrator will assist customers in optimizing their Atlassian software by configuring and customizing applications such as Jira and Confluence, while responding to requests and automating processes to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high proficiency in Atlassian and Adaptavist toolsets, contributing to team knowledge sharing and best practices
• Monitor and respond to customer requests, configuring Atlassian software to meet specific needs
• Communicate with customers to deliver configuration solutions and provide best practice recommendations

Required qualifications

• Experience administering the Atlassian toolset, particularly Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated experience in consulting and user support
• Experience customizing Atlassian software using workflows and add-ons, such as ScriptRunner
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
• Ability to think innovatively and creatively
