Job Summary
Partnering with Sales and Advisory teams, the full-time Application Advisor II will create compelling product demonstrations, configure applications, and solve technical challenges to support strategic sales opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and shape application experiences for customer scenarios and strategic pursuits
- Maintain and enhance a reusable demo platform, ensuring reliability and scalability of demo assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and keep high-visibility demonstrations moving
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience in application support, software configuration, or customer-facing technology
- Strong application configuration skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
- Demonstrated troubleshooting ability across applications, data, and environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
