Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst to provide intermediate system-level support for clinical and financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support for multi-user applications and systems
• Lead and participate in project planning sessions, establishing project goals and monitoring progress
• Promote excellent customer service and collaborate with various departments to educate and train on applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology and/or healthcare or a related industry
• Intermediate knowledge of systems analysis and project management concepts
• All relevant certifications are required upon hire
• Ability to serve as a primary resource for at least one application module
