Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborating with Application Consultants to support customer objectives related to user support and solution optimization
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing problem resolution for end users
Documenting customer interactions and contributing to team meetings to support project goals

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience with Anthology Student SIS product
Experience with at least two core higher education modules (Financial Aid, Student Accounts, or Academics)
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Bachelor's degree preferred
