Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst I who will be responsible for application implementation, enhancement, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of assigned applications and identify opportunities for workflow improvements
• Produce documentation, perform application testing, and prepare training materials
• Provide remote and on-site support, participate in system upgrades, and assist in vendor review processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required
• Understanding of application deployment and management tools (SCCM/Group Policy)
• Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft 365 suite
• Knowledge of SQL is preferred
