Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

Manage application implementation, enhancement, and support tasks, including analysis, testing, and documentation
Conduct data collection and workflow analysis to identify efficiency opportunities
Prepare training materials and provide ongoing support to end-users

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required
Understanding of application deployment and management tools (SCCM/Group Policy)
Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft 365 suite
Knowledge of SQL preferred
