Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst to support and manage the Mosaic reporting application in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage the Mosaic reporting application, collaborating with clinical, IT, and development teams
• Build and maintain national radiology reporting templates while troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflows
• Provide system support for HL7 message routing, PACS functionality, and reporting platforms, managing tickets through ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

• Healthcare or radiology industry experience preferred
• Basic understanding of radiology reporting systems, including PowerScribe
• Working knowledge of PACS, worklists, and HL7 message routing
• Experience supporting clinical applications and collaborating with IT and development teams
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, high-volume environment
