Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst II to provide support for PACS/RIS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for PACS/RIS systems, ensuring accurate image workflow and data routing
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including incident management and system performance optimization
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and service teams for enhancements, testing, and continuous service improvement

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in technology or equivalent relevant education and experience preferred
• Experience providing technical support in a ticketing or service desk environment
• Knowledge of clinical radiology workflows and systems, including PACS/RIS and DICOM protocol
• Understanding of data analysis, systems design, and networking concepts
• Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and ITIL-based service management environments
