Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst to support information technology applications through planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle
• Analyze and diagnose problems, translating technological requirements into design specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors for application integration, implementation, and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field
• Two years of work experience or four years of experience in a related area while pursuing a degree
• Certification on one or more Epic applications is required
• Knowledge of system analysis and operating systems
• Ability to operate IT equipment and remain seated or standing for extended periods
