Application Analyst

Job Summary

Providing hands-on support for enterprise asset management systems, the remote Application Analyst will troubleshoot issues, perform SQL-based data analysis, and identify opportunities for system improvements in a 7-month contract role.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring effective system utilization
• Triage and resolve system and data issues through SQL-based analysis and collaboration with IT and vendor partners
• Partner with field operations and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system enhancements and improvements

Required qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience in an Application Analyst, Support Analyst, or similar role
• Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write queries for analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting an enterprise application such as Asset Management, ERP, or CMMS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
